Fire Risk Assessments

Since the introduction of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) the ‘responsible person’ at all work places is required to complete a Fire Risk Assessment.

Ashes Associates’ competent consultants will carry out Fire Risk Assessments of a workplace as required by the RRO.

The Fire Risk Assessment will follow the format of the nationally recognised PAS79:2013 or an assessment format tailored to the organisation’s specific requirements.

A Fire Risk Assessment involves an inspection of the workplace, discussions with key personnel regarding workplace practices and an inspection of the available fire safety documentation.

All of our Fire Risk Assessment’s will include an action plan providing guidance on how to address any shortcomings identified by the assessment process.
