Consultation on Replacement of CDM regs 2007

The HSE are currently undertaking a consultation process with regards to proposed changes to the Construction, (Design & Management) Regulations 2007

One of the main proposals is to replace the current CDM Co-ordinators duties to that of the Principal Designer

These changes, if implemented will have implications for anyone involved in a construction type process.
